Delaying work applications: H-4 visa holders sue the US govt

H-4 visa holders in the US have had enough, and four H-4 employment authorization document (EAD) has filed a complaint against the US government for unlawfully delaying the adjudication of non-immigrant visa benefits. For quite some time, the internal policies of the H-4 EAD program are being processed and the time that it is taking has caused many people losing their jobs, health insurances, and even driving licenses.
