Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal announces free Wi-fi, 11,000 hotspots, Gambhir says he is lying

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that the government will provide free wi-fi to the citizens of Delhi. Kejriwal said Delhiites will get 15 GB of free data through 11,000 WiFi hotspots that will be installed across the city. He further said that the first 100 hotspots will be inaugurated on Dec 16. BJP MP Gautam Gambhir said Kejriwal was lying and recalled his promise before the Delhi Assembly polls in 2015.
