The current generation of political dynasts has clearly not lived up to their predecessors' success. Sons of famous politicians such as Rahul Gandhi, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Milind Deora & Nikhil Kumaraswamy lost the LS elections 2019. All the political prowess they inherited seems to have rendered ineffective. Rahul Gandhi was left out far behind by Smriti Irani over 40,000 votes. Sons of Ajit Pawar, Ashok Chavan, also in the list .
