Donald Trump's party raised $255.4 million to overturn Presidential elections result

According to the new federal filings, former US President Donald Trump and the Republican Party raised $255.4 million in over 8 weeks after the Presidential elections on November 3, in a bid to overturn the results. Trump himself had announced previously that he and the Republican Party raised over $207.5 million in the month that followed the election itself. The former President raised nearly $1.2 million daily on average.
