Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has said that the country's economy may start recovering in the second and third quarters of the financial year after contracting by a record 23.9% in April-June due to the coronavirus crisis. The Finance Minister said the government is open to another stimulus package if the need arises. Sitharaman said the domestic demand is increasing in multiple industries.
