Hours after CM's office announces that Four-time CM Manohar Parrikar's health condition is extremely critical, Former Defence Minister Parrikar passed away at the age of 63 at his Panaji home after battling with pancreatic cancer. President of India announces news of his demise. He was diagnosed with a pancreatic ailment in February last year. IIT graduate-turned-politician, Parrikar quit as defence minister in 2017.
