CBI’s M Nageswara Rao is facing the wrath of Supreme Court as when he was serving as the interim director of the CBI he displayed no seriousness in the investigation into rapes of children in Bihar's govt-run shelter homes. The court also accused him of going against its order by transferring the agency’s ex-joint director AK Sharma, who was investigating the shelter home cases. He’ll appear before court on Feb 12.
