Good roads lead to accidents, say Karnataka Deputy CM

In order to bring down the road accidents, new traffic fine guidelines have been established throughout India. In this context, Govind Karjol, Deputy CM, Karnataka, says good roads cause accidents, as people drive at high speed on good roads. To this Sanjeev Dyamnavar said that drivers are responsible for these accidents, not the roads. People should be made to pay more than just a fine, like, suspending DL, etc.
