Government sets up panel to scrutinize Rajiv Gandhi Foundation for legal violations

The Ministry of Home Affair has set up an inter-ministerial committee to scrutinize the legal violations by Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, that received funds from China and exposes the Communist party's connection with Gandhi family. The committee will look into violation of various legal provisions of PMLA, Income Tax Act, FCRA. It will scrutinize, Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust & Indira Gandhi Memorial Trust.
