Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh found Guilty in 2002 Rape Case

Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, chief of Dera Sacha Sauda has been found guilty in a 2002 rape case by a CBI court in Panchkula, after which violence erupted across northern India, which left at least 30 people dead and over 250 injured. The court will pronounce the sentencing on Monday. Section 144 imposed in several areas of Punjab and Haryana, as also most parts of Delhi and Noida.
