HC orders ban on selling medicines online across country

The Delhi High Court has ordered the ban on selling the medicines online across India. It has asked the Central Government and Kejriwal-led AAP to implement the orders immediately. The order has been passed by the court on the PIL filed by Delhi-based dermatologist Zaheer Ahmed who objected that lakhs of medicines are being sold online every day without necessary regulations leading to risks to patients and doctors.
