House trespassing, Delhi assembly speaker Ram Niwas Goel awarded with 6-months imprisonment

Due to causing hurt at the house of a realtor in an East Delhi colony in 2015, Delhi assembly speaker Ram Niwas Goel has been sentenced to 6-months imprisonment. Last week he was convicted under section 448 of the IPC for raided the house of a local builder in 2015. However, he won't be disqualified as a member of the Delhi Legislative. Only when one gets sentenced for 2-years or more, the disqualification takes place.
