Huawei reportedly sues US Commerce department over seized equipment

The Chinese tech giant Huawei has sued the US Commerce Department, alleged that it has unlawfully withheld or unreasonably delayed agency action on telecommunications equipment that it seized in 2017. It argued that equipment didn't need an export license & had already given all the information that the US had asked for. The lawsuit says the US didn't arrive at a decision on whether the equipment can be returned to China.
