ICJ suspends Kulbhushan Jadhav's death sentence, asks Pak to review conviction

In a big blow to Pakistan, The International Court of Justice at The Hague, Netherlands orders that consular access be given to Kulbhushan Jadhav. Pakistan violated international law by not giving Kulbhushan Jadhav consular access, the court added. The court has also stayed Jadhav's death sentence till the case is reviewed by Pakistan. Kulbhushan Jadhav was sentenced to death in 2017 by a Pak court on charges of terrorism.
