If you can't chant Vande Mataram you don't have right to live in India: Union minister

Pratap Chandra Sarangi in Surat, Gujarat declared that if a person does not accept chanting Vande Mataram he should have no right to live in India. He also mentioned that there has been a decline of Hindu population in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. The partition which happened on communal grounds was unavailable. He further added his opinion that free electricity and water will not contribute to India's development.
