In his first ever speech as India's External Affairs Minister, S Jaishankar while addressing a gathering at a seminar, said, that maximum of the Indian population knows that the nation's stature has risen in the last 5 years during the Modi govt. He said that global rebalancing is taking place and the most visible display of that is the rise of China and to some extent, the rise of India also.
