US President Donald Trump was speaking at the Economic Club of New York on Tuesday, where he said that climate change is a "very complex issue", but countries like India, China and Russia are doing nothing to clean their smokestacks, industrial plants and are dumping the garbage in sea that floats into Los Angeles. "US today has the "cleanest air we've ever had in our country, meaning, over the last 40 years," he added.
