India has handed over an exhaustive 23-page dossier to Pakistan on July 14 at a high-level delegation at the Wagha border. While the effort was to iron out differences, the government listed out its concerns about pro-Khalistan elements that promote anti-national activities. The dossier was sent to ensure that the Kartarpur Sahib corridor opening scheduled for November is right on track and should have a smooth operation.
