The Pakistan military declared that India was given consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav after it accepted the five conditions for the meeting. Charge d'Affaires at the Indian High Commission in Islamabad Gaurav Ahluwalia met Jadhav for two hours on Monday. Pakistan declared that its security forces arrested him from Balochistan province. However, India says that Jadhav was kidnapped from Iran post his retirement from Navy.
