After India refused to have bilateral peace talks with Pakistan ahead of the SCO, the Foreign Minister of Pakistan Shah Mahmood Qureshi slammed India and said, "India still hasn’t gotten out of its election hangover. They sought the permission of overflight for PM’s aircraft over our airspace which was approved, but they avoided our airspace. What does this mean? They’re still stuck in the same 'Hindutva' groove."
