India warned 3 times before attack but no actions taken: Sri Lanka PM

Since the serial blasts in Sri Lanka on Sunday, the pressure has built on the govt over the security and after the ISIS claimed the responsibility of the attack the pressure has increased even more. The death toll with each passing day is rising and has now reached to 359. Nearly 100 are arrested in connection. Also, PM Ranil said that India warned it 3 times before the attacks, but no precautions were taken to prevent it.
