Indian MP ignites controversy on Twitter, comparing Muslim with animals

Surendra Singh, a lawmaker from India's Uttar Pradesh has recently said on Twitter that Muslims keep 50 wives and give birth to thousands of children. He said that this is no tradition but an animalistic tendency. He said that giving birth to only 2 children is normal. Many people have protested against his comments and accused him of spreading 'Islamophobia' in the country. Some supported his logic on population control.
