India's entry in NSG can't be discussed without plan: China

China clarified on Friday that welcoming India in the Nuclear Suppliers Group was not on the agenda of the meeting in Kazakhstan on Friday. China's Foreign ministry spokesperson Lu Kang said that in the meeting they discussed the technical, legal and political issues related to the entry of NPT non-parties. Further, he said, "Before reaching a specific plan, the NSG will not discuss the participation of India in NSG."
