Inquiry commission proceedings in Jayalalithaa's death stayed by SC

The Supreme Court on Friday has ordered a stay on proceedings of an inquiry commission constituted to investigate the death of the then Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa at Apollo Hospitals in 2016. CJI Ranjan Gogoi was heading the panel consists of Justices Deepak Gupta and Sanjiv Khanna. The inquiry was being done to know the treatments given to her at the Apollo Hospitals in Chennai before her death.
