Investigation report says former Sri Lanka President should be prosecuted for failing to prevent suicide bombings

Sri Lanka's ex-president Maithripala Sirisena and his intelligence chiefs failed to prevent suicide bombings two years ago on Easter, an investigation report said. As per the report, the former president and his intelligence chiefs should be prosecuted for failing to prevent the tragedy. Sirisena was found guilty of negligence by the investigation that was set up five months after the Islamic militant attacks on three hotels.
