ISRO expanded more, opens commercial arms to launch satellite

The ISRO has formed a new commercial arm The NewSpace India Limited (NSIL) to commercially exploit the research and development work for the space agency. NSIL will work on to transfer small satellite technology to industry, manufacture of small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV). It will look after the private sector and the productionisation of the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) through Indian Industry.
