Jharkhand Assembly Election 2019: second phase of polling begins in 1,711 Naxal-hit areas
The second phase of the 5-phase polling for the Jharkhand assembly elections began Saturday morning on 20 constituencies in the state. The voting started at 7 am in 1,711 Naxal-affected areas amid tight security arrangements. BJP state president Laxman Giluva cast his vote from Booth no. 74 in Chakradharpur's Toklo. The voting exercise in 18 seats will end at 3 pm, voters in Jamshedpur constituency can vote till 5 pm.
