J&K DSP Devinder Singh, who was arrested along with 2 militants, will be dealt with as terrorist. The state police have confirmed it saying Singh's involvement is a heinous crime. He was arrested after the police found 2 militants and 5 grenades in his vehicle. Two AK-47 rifles have been recovered from his residence in a subsequent raid. Singh had served in many senior posts of the state police.
