A new video of Canadian PM Justin Trudeau wearing blackface has surfaced, a day after he admitted such behaviour was racist. It shows him in a white T-shirt & torn jeans, face & limbs covered in black, and is seen laughing. 2 similar episodes of him-one when he was a teacher & another as a student came to light. He apologized on Wednesday. These revelations come amid campaigning for elections when Justin hopes to win a second term.
