Interim Finance minister Piyush Goyal today started the budget by counting the achievements of Modi government in the last 5 years. In his 100 minutes speech, he chooses to spoke in Hindi on various occasions including Hindi movie "Uri" and BJP's victory in Haryana bypolls. But what steals the show is his one-liner 'Humne Kamar Tod Mehangai ki Kamar Tod Di' while he refers to the inflation which remains lowest in Modi's tenure.
