Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal has once again slammed the party's leadership while adding that the party is not an effective opposition to challenge BJP. He said the Congress workers had to face embarrassment and they couldn't go out of their homes after a poor show in Bihar assembly elections. "We lost 2019. Change will not happen because of [internal] elections. We have to go to the people," Sibal said.
