'Kashmir a bilateral issue but we ready to assist': US State Dept after Trump's Mediation offer

The US State Dept has welcomed President Trump's offer to be a mediator in helping resolve the Kashmir dispute. The US State dept spokesperson told while Kashmir is a bilateral issue between India and Pakistan to discuss, the Trump administration welcomes both to sit down and the US stands ready to assist. He added- we will continue to support to reduce tensions & create a conducive environment for dialogue.
