Kremlin tells Alexei Navalny to return to Moscow or face jail

Russia's prison service has given Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny a last-minute ultimatum to return from Germany and report at a Moscow office or face jail. Navalny was airlifted to Germany for treatment in August. The Kremlin critic has been accused of violating the terms of a suspended prison sentence he is still serving out by the Federal Prison Service. He has also been accused of evading the supervision of FSIN.
