The political drama in Karnataka comes to an end as Congress-JD(S) govt has fallen after getting 99 votes in favor of the confidence motion. 105 MLAs voted against the confidence motion. The trust vote could only decide the fate of the Kumaraswamy’s tenure as the CM of the state and he fails to prove majority. Meanwhile, Sec 144 was imposed in Bengaluru for the next 48 hours following clashes between Congress and BJP workers.
