President Trump's social media orders violate free speech, claims lawsuit

A lawsuit has been filed by non-profit CDT, challenging the executive order on preventing online censorship signed by President Trump and claiming that the order violates the rights to free speech of all online platforms & individuals. The executive order by Trump seeks to blunt Section 230 that protects internet firms from legal liability for user comments. Later, Twitter also flagged Trump's tweet.
