Lebanon crisis deepens, dozens hurt in police-protesters clash

A violent confrontation between riot police and anti-government protesters in the Lebanese capital Beirut left dozens wounded. The latest clash happened when Demonstrators were trying to move into a square near parliament. Countering the tear gas and rubber bullets from police, protesters threw stones. At least 20 officers were also injured. The protests against economic mismanagement in Lebanon started in October.
