As Pakistan’s pledged $ 3 million for the fund proposed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during SAARC meet to fight the novel coronavirus, India took a subtle dig at the neighbour with reference to Pak's earlier objection where it said the funds should be administered by the Saarc secretariat. India said each Saarc member state can decide on the timing, manner and implementation of their Covid-19 fund.
