Modi proposes a coronavirus emergency fund in SAARC video conference, Pak uses the occasion to raise Kashmir issue

PM Modi has made a strong pitch for SAARC nations head to jointly combat coronavirus. He proposed setting up a coronavirus emergency fund with India pledging a $10 million initially. Modi asserted that the best way to deal with the pandemic was by coming together. The message was unitedly taking on the pandemic but Pak used it to raise Kashmir. Pak's health minister called for the lockdown to be eased in J&K to deal with Covid-19.
