Over a 30 minutes telephonic conversation with PM Modi, US President discusses regional developments and the ways to strengthen economic ties through increased trade, said White House. The President conveyed the importance of reducing tensions between India and Pak and maintaining peace in the region, White House added. This conversation took place 2 days after Trump asked Imran Khan to resolve the Kashmir issue bilaterally.
