Mumbai building collapse is 'anguishing, PM Modi expresses grief as death toll rises

After a four-storey building collapsed in Mumbai, PM Modi expressed his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and tweets 'Collapse of a building in Mumbai’s is anguishing. Maharashtra Govt, NDRF, and local authorities are working on rescue operations & assisting those in need'. Death toll 4 people have been confirmed dead. However, housing minister Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil earlier said that 12 were killed.
