Nato has announced that it is permanently reducing the size of the Russian delegation from 30 to 20, as a response to the Skripal poisoning case that happened recently. Nato claims that this is not the only reason, but is based on a wider range of illegal behaviour by the Russians. The UK said that 23 countries have expelled 115 Russian diplomats, mostly as an act of solidarity over the poisoning case in Salisbury.
