New India Maps correctly depicts sovereign territory; hasn't revised boundary with Nepal: MEA

Amidst growing concerns over the new map, MEA said the new map issued by India in Nov 2019 correctly depicts the country's sovereign territory and has not revised its boundary with Nepal. The development came after Modi had called top leaders of neighbouring countries to convey New Year's greetings. Nepal had said Kalapani area lies within Nepalese boundary. Raveesh Kumar said they will find a solution through dialogue.
