Srinagar Mayor Junaid Azim Mattu says just because there aren't any bodies littering the streets of Kashmir, assuming it has returned to normal will be highly unrealistic. He has been critical of central govt's handling of the situation in J&K. He condemned the center's act of placing mainstream politicians in Kashmir under arrest & claimed to scrape J&K's special status caused an existential crisis.
