No more liberalization? Saudi female rapper arrested for calling Mecca women “sugar candy”

In a music video, a Saudi female rapper has called mecca women “Sugar candy”. The song “Mecca girl” has garnered a lot of criticism because of its lyrics and Saudi officials have called to arrest the rapper Asayel Slay. Mecca governor Khaled Al Faisal took to Twitter to express his disapproval about the song and how it disrespects the holy place. Many people on the internet called the Saudi govt hypocritical.
