A spokesperson for the Pak Foreign Ministry, Dr. Mohammad Faisal, declared that Kulbhushan Jadhav, held by Islamabad for suspected spying, would not have second consular access. Giving consular access is against Pak's rules. Pak claims that Jadhav was arrested after entering the country from Iran. India rejected this assertion arguing that Jadhav was kidnapped on a business trip when he was in Chabahar's Iranian port.
