'No way in hell,' America's reaction to Russian offer for Covid19 vaccine

Days after Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the world's first coronavirus vaccine, the Russian establishment offered "unprecedented cooperation" with Operation Warp Speed (OWS), the US multi-agency body set up to accelerate access to effective COVID-19 vaccines and treatments. However, US rejected the offer with an official saying: "There's no way in hell the US tries this (Russian vaccine) on monkeys, let alone people."
