Jagannath Mishra, the last Congress Chief Minister of Bihar, passed away after a prolonged illness. Bihar Police was left embarrassed as none of the 21 fired during former CM's cremation ceremony. CM Sushil Kumar Modi and other dignitaries were also present during this. The policemen tried but were not able to fire a single shot. Mishra was cremated at his ancestral village Balua Bazar in Supaul district.
