North Korea is open to talk with US after tough sanctions

According to the South Korean Presidential office, North Korea is open to talk to the US. North Korea’s delegation visited South Korea, during the closing ceremony of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and had a meeting with South Korean President Moon Jae-in in an undisclosed location where they have said the talk to improve the relationship between two Koreas and with the US they should go hand in hand.
