Addressing the media J&K chief secretary BVR Subrahmanyam said that the steps taken by Centre in J&K are 'precautionary step' only, which were taken to maintain peace in the region. Despite concerted efforts by radical groups and terrorist organizations, there has not been a loss of even a single life throughout the Valley. He also assured that Landline services will be restored in most parts of Srinagar by today evening.
