Over 10,500 public grievances on COVID-19 received by central government

DARPG launched a national monitoring dashboard on COVID-19 grievances on April 1. The personnel ministry reveals an increase in public grievances over coronavirus. The central govt has received over 10,500 public grievances & all departments have been ordered to ensure their disposal on a priority basis within 3 days. The disposal of grievances with respect to migrant labour & essential commodities have been given top priority.
